Easter!!

We had a long weekend of celebration. We spent Good Friday with our good friends The Welch's. It was such a great evening. After a yummy dinner, the kids all went of to play for awhile before we all sat down to discuss Jesus's last week. Friday evening ended with the kiddos all falling asleep together on the couch under blankets. It was very sweet.

We spent the Sabbath at another friends house, The Guildehouse Family. There were a few families there. But the kids spent a lot of time outside riding bikes and enjoying each others time. We had dinner and played games the rest of the evening.

Easter morning we had a breakfast feast out at Apple Annies with our church, followed with our service. It was a great morning of food, fellowship, and celebrating.

Dinner was spent back at the Welch's. We had Salmon on the grill, Aunt Marjies Potatoes, and salad. And after dinner the kids all colored eggs.

It was a long weekend, a weekend full of recognition and celebration for the major sacrifice that the Lord has made for our lives!
